Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can change your payment before we issue payment. The best way to change your payment method would be to log in to your account at SellYourGold.com and visit the Personal Information section. You can also call customer service at (888) 465-3860 Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
When you are sending in your items make sure to select your preferred payment method on your Customer Return Card included in your Appraisal Kit. We will use this information to issue payment.
